Six styles, six game plans

Every style fights like itself

Fifteen attributes drive each part of the fight, and every style is busiest where it's strongest.

Boxing

Works behind the jab, then lets the hands go: combinations up to five punches, head movement and footwork.

Best hands · slips and rolls

Muay Thai

Punches set up the kicks, and the clinch never stops: knees and elbows from the plum, pinned on the fence.

Kicks · clinch striking

Karate

Long range and in-and-out. Kicks from distance, punches finished with a kick, and patient counters.

Footwork · range kicks

Wrestling

Closes the distance, times the shot under your punch, drives you into the cage and pounds from the top.

Takedowns · top control

BJJ

Ties up, trips from the clinch, pulls guard, and hunts armbars, triangles and guillotines top and bottom.

Submissions · guard

MMA

No holes. A shot behind a landed strike is hard to read, and a stuffed takedown gets punished.

Well rounded · mixed up
